- Ownership of about 50 hectares land in the west of first zone of the Pars Energy Special Economic Zone
- Possession of 1000 meters of coastal width
- Stilling basin with an area of 54 hectares
- Two operational jetties with depths of 11 and 15 meters and lengths of 215 and 325 meters respectively
- The petroleum product terminal includes of 6 fixed roof type tanks with a capacity of 8,000 m3, 2 fixed roof tanks with a capacity of 1,000 m3, a total capacity of 50,000 m3.
- Unloading product facilities and equipment (Product transfer from truck to storage tank and vice versa) with the possibility of unloading of 62 trucks at the same time and Possibility of pumping stations to transfer to floating vessels and vice versa (loading terminals) up to a capacity of 2,000 m3 per hour.
- Fire frightening systems, power supply units and control systems, cathodic protection, lightning rods, Basic facilities including water, electricity, gas and telecommunication networks are included.
- Product heating facilities in tanks and pipelines (H.O.P.)
- Facilities for direct shoot of light oil, Liquid gas products and C5+ from tanker to ship
- Product transfer systems from companies’ storage tanks and the possibility of ship loading within at the maximum time of 36 hours.
